A 3-minute scientific video
Explain unmet need, drug science and clinical results through a narrated sequence.
Follow patient-specific target selection, mRNA delivery, translation and T-cell recognition. Then examine the recurrence-after-surgery evidence for intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab.
Intismeran autogene (V940, also called mRNA-4157) is an investigational individualized neoantigen therapy. It encodes selected targets based on the mutational signature of a patient's tumor. This example follows the vaccine and the separate contribution of pembrolizumab in melanoma after surgery.
The full 1-minute-56-second film has a light scientific score and English captions. The interactive experience includes the complete eight-stage journey and close molecular studies using experimental structures.
A labeled mechanism figure connects individualized target selection, RNA delivery, translation, antigen presentation, T-cell priming, PD-1 blockade, recognition and a possible cellular response.

The clinical figure shows the KEYNOTE-942 Phase 2b recurrence-free survival hazard ratio with its confidence interval, and separately summarizes the Phase 3 INTerpath-001 topline.

The evidence brief identifies each study population, reported endpoint and source date. Numerical Phase 3 effect sizes were not disclosed in the cited August 2026 release; overall survival follow-up continues.

Intismeran remains investigational. The scene uses representative structural coordinates, not a measured V940 patient-specific recognition complex. Motion, cellular context and target-cell responses are illustrative. Clinical trial endpoints and reported effects are kept distinct from animated cell death. Pembrolizumab has serious immune-mediated risks; this example is not a complete safety presentation.
